Introduction
Welcome to Skin Glow Aesthetics. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website. By accessing our booking systems or website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Services
1. Description of Services
We offer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to skincare, facials, injectables, and body treatments. Detailed descriptions of each service are available on our booking systems, website and in our clinic.
2. Booking and Appointments
• Appointments can be booked via our booking system Book in Beautiful, phone, or in person at our clinic.
• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• We request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Punctuality & Courtesy
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment time.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and a cancellation fee which be the full cost of the booked treatment.
In the event that your therapist is not available to carry out your appointment, through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist if available.
In the unusual instance where we may need to cancel your booking, we will endeavour to contact you by telephone and/or email.
If a booked treatment is cancelled without 48 hours notice the full cost of the booked treatment must be paid.
In the event that your therapist is not available to carry out your appointment, through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist or if available.
Payments and Pricing
4. Pricing
• All prices for our services are listed on our booking system and are subject to change without notice.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment Methods
• We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, cash, and other methods as specified on our website.
• Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Health and Safety
6. Client Responsibilities
• Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history and information prior to receiving any treatments.
• It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any changes in their health or medical condition.
Due to the current global situation, hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness the local Environmental Health Officer approves all our sterilization equipment. We only use new sterilized disposable needles for each client.
7. Contraindications
• Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it poses a risk to the client’s health.
8. Post-Treatment Care
• Clients will be provided with post-treatment care instructions. It is important to follow these instructions to ensure the best results and minimize risks.
Liability
9. Limitation of Liability
• Skin Glow Aesthetics will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
10. Client Responsibility
• Clients are responsible for following pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
• Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in adverse effects, for which we will not be held liable.

• We collect personal information to provide and improve our services. This information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
12. Confidentiality
• All client information and treatment records are kept confidential. We comply with applicable data protection laws.
Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Skin Glow Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
Governing Law
14. Jurisdiction
• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
